The QUANTA LYSER™ 240 is an advanced state-of-the-art robotic workstation providing a complete laboratory automation solution for processing both ELISA and IFA technologies. QUANTA LYSER™ 240 is a powerful, fast, accurate and reliable system featuring outstanding innovative automation solutions, such as mini-toothed wheel pumps and a 270° rotating micro-titer plate gripper. QUANTA LYSER™ 240 offers excellent capacity and throughput for laboratory testing.

The QUANTA LYSER™ 240 provides precise automation required for all steps of ELISA and IFA processing. This includes sample dilution and addition, incubation, washing, and absorbance reading for ELISA assays. Continuity and chain-of-custody are assured for analytical and clinical testing, from positive sample and reagent identification to reliable data reduction and reporting.

THE QUANTA LYSER™ ADVANTAGE

FAST. Up to 6 ELISA plates and 25 slides can be run simultaneously improving productivity and creating an efficient workflow. An optional barcode reader module is available to speed up identification of samples, reagents, and plates.

FLEXIBLE. Modular racks support various sizes of test tubes, vials and containers to accommodate a variety of laboratory needs.

RELIABLE. Four independent washable probes with flexispan, flexible tip spacing technology, enable reliable pipetting. Liquid and clot detection is independent for each probe.

ACCURATE. Thorough tip decontamination prevents cross-contamination between samples and reagents.

EFFICIENT. An independent robotic handler arm transports plates and slide holders.

METICULOUS. Plate and slide washer with 8 coaxial channels to ensure accurate and reliable results.

  • Real-time graphical run progress report is available.
