Intended Use: The NOVA Lite™ Titratable ANA Pattern Control is to be used for quality control of indirect fluorescent antibody procedures. This control serves as a homogeneous pattern control as well as a titratable sensitivity control. The staining pattern and intensity is calibrated to the WHO 66/233 reference preparation. The NOVA Lite™ Titratable ANA Pattern Control provides a consistent homogeneous staining pattern. Daily use of a serial 2-fold dilution of this control to its endpoint monitors the sensitivity of the ANA assay.
