Intended Use: The IgG Sapporo Standard (HCAL) is used as an international standard for the quality control of IgG anticardiolipin antibodies (aCL) and IgG anti-ß2-glycoprotein I (ß2 GPI) antibody ELISA products. The IgG Sapporo Standard (HCAL) can be serially diluted in order to make a standard curve, or it can be used as a single point control.
