Intended Use: QUANTA Lite™ F-Actin IgA is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the semi-quantitative detection of IgA antibodies to the F-Actin component of smooth muscle in human serum. In patients with clinical findings consistent with celiac disease, the presence anti-F-Actin IgA antibodies may assist in estimating the likelihood of significant intestinal villous atrophy.
