Intended Use: QUANTA Chek™ ANA Panel is used for quality control of IFA and ELISA antinuclear antibody procedures. Each serum serves as both a pattern control and a titratable sensitivity control. The staining pattern and intensity for each serum has been calibrated by testing it on three lots of INOVA Diagnostics' HEp-2 slides and three lots of INOVA Diagnostics' ANA ELISA.
