Intended Use: QUANTA Chek™ ANCA Panel is used for quality control of IFA and ELISA autoantibody procedures. Each serum serves as both a pattern control and a titratable sensitivity control. The staining pattern and intensity for each serum has been calibrated by testing it on three lots of INOVA Diagnostics’ Neutrophil slides and three lots of INOVA Diagnostics’ MPO and PR-3 ELISA.
