Intended Use: QUANTA Lite™ Celiac Panel is used for quality control of IFA and ELISA autoantibody procedures. Each serum serves as both a pattern control and a titratable sensitivity control. The staining pattern and intensity for each serum has been calibrated by testing it on two lots of INOVA Diagnostics' Endomysial slides and three lots of INOVA Diagnostics' h-tTG IgA, h-tTG IgG, Gliadin II IgG and Gliadin II IgA ELISA.
