Intended Use: NOVA Gel™ Scl-70 is a double diffusion test system for the screening and semi quantitative determination of autoantibodies to Scl-70, an extractable nuclear antigen (ENA), in human serum. The presence of antibodies to Scl-70 can be used in conjunction with other serological tests and clinical findings to aid in the diagnosis of scleroderma.
