Intended Use: QUANTA Lite™ ß2 GPI Screen is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the qualitative detection of IgG, IgM and IgA antibodies to ß2 glycoprotein I (ß2 GPI) in human serum. ß2 GPI antibodies are used as an aid in the diagnosis of certain autoimmune thrombotic disorders, such as those secondary to systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) or other lupus-like disorders.
