Intended Use: QUANTA Lite™ ß2 GPI IgM is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the semi-quantitative detection of ß2 GPI IgM antibodies in human serum. The presence of ß2 GPI IgM antibodies can be used in conjunction with clinical findings and other laboratory tests to aid in the diagnosis of certain autoimmune disease thrombotic disorders, such as those secondary to systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) or other lupus-like thrombotic diseases.
