Intended Use: QUANTA Lite™ TPO is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the semi-quantitative detection of thyroid peroxidase (TPO) autoantibodies in human serum. The presence of antibodies to human peroxidase antigen can be used in conjunction with clinical findings and other laboratory tests to aid in the diagnosis of autoimmune thyroid diseases such as Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and Graves' Disease.
