Intended Use: QUANTA Lite™ ASCA (S. cerevisiae) IgG is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the semi-quantitative detection of anti-Saccharomyces cerevisiae antibodies (ASCA) of the IgG class in human serum. The presence of ASCA (S. cerevisiae) IgG antibodies, used in conjunction with clinical findings and other laboratory tests, may aid in the diagnosis of patients with Crohn's disease.
