Walk-Away System for ELISA automation
The QUANTA-LYSER is the most updated robotic work station for the full-automation of ELISA methods on standard micro plates. Based on the Sias Xantus platform, both systems are designed for OEM and Private Label applications. Many innovative solutions such as 'mini toothed wheel' pumps and 270 rotating microplate gripper make this system very powerful.

TOTAL AUTOMATION:
The QUANTA-LYSER automates the complete ELISA protocol, from pipetting through incubation, washing and reading to data reduction. Featuring semi-automated bar code reading of samples, plates and reagents, comprehensive software tracks sample identification from receipt to result, and enables processing by batch or by worklist.

FAST AND FLEXIBLE
The standard QUANTA-LYSER is available with 2 or 4 pipetting channels (washable or disposable tips) plus a robotic handler arm for plate manipulation. Other configurations may be available. Tips move fully independently on both the Y and Z axes. Up to 4 plates can be simultaneously incubated at different temperatures, and the system can schedule and process 4-6 plates in parallel. The QUANTA-LYSER accommodates 160 samples, 6 diluents and 90 reagents in modular racks so multiple test panels can share the same plate. Universal racks host different size of tubes, vials and original containers using adapters.

ENHANCED SOFTWARE FEATURES
A continuous loading function (available under request) allows the user to add samples while the assay is running. The Dynamic Run Manager schedules the steps of each assay before the run commences, and also provide a real time update of the test/plate process sequence.
Data reduction software includes both qualitative and quantitative analysis. Curve fitting on stored standard curve is also possible.

SAFE PROCESSING
Barcode identification for samples, reagents, plates. Liquid and clot detection independent for each probe. Washable tip decontamination to prevent sample and reagent carry-over, or optional disposable tips. Safety cover shield.
