INOVA is pleased to announce the immediate availability of the QUANTA Chek™ Autoimmune Reference Panels. These undiluted, antibody defined human serum panels are value assigned and stabilized for use in IFA, ELISA and Ouchterlony procedures. Each eight or ten-vial set is grouped according to specific clinical autoimmune disease classifications.

The QUANTA Chek™ panels consist of undiluted human serum and are to be treated exactly as an unknown patient sample. "Since all QUANTA Chek™ material is derived from individually characterized autoimmune disease state serum, the values, individual specificities and panel composition will vary with time. The QUANTA Chek™ direction inserts presented in this web site are not lot specific and should be used as general reference examples only.

All panels are assayed on three lots of each appropriate INOVA kit in accordance with the accompanying package insert.

In addition to the specific individual autoantibody controls, INOVA offers an ANA titratable endpoint pattern control, referenced to WHO standardized material as well as an autoantibody reference panel containing 5 individual specificities (item numbers 508181 through 508185). These, and all NOVA Lite™IFA controls are prediluted, stabilized, provided in color-coded dropper vials and ready to use in IFA procedures.

INOVA is the exclusive distributor for the monoclonal chimeric reference material from the University of Hokaido. These "Sapporo Standards" are primary refrerence materials for use in the standardization of IgG and IgM anticardiolipin and Beta 2 GPI assays.
