We would like to ensure that all of your e-mails receive an acknowledgement within 24 working hours (Monday - Friday). Our highest priority is service to our customers. E-mails addressed to a particular person may or may not be acknowledged within 24 working hours depending on whether or not the person is traveling, on vacation, etc. If you do not receive an acknowledgment of your e-mail to Technical Service within 24 working hours, please e-mail: dlg@inovadx.com so we can immediately investigate and correct the problem.
